Under no circumstances shall borneo777's total maximum liability to any user exceed the net deposits credited to that user's account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Borneo777 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users.
In the event of account suspension due to suspected fraud, borneo777 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Users whose accounts have been closed for terms violations are not permitted to register a new account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the borneo777 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions and eligible withdrawals have been settled.
